Compare CoPage
CoPage is where AI agents build architecture diagrams and client decks and people review, check and sign off; these pages compare it honestly with the tools people ask about, including when the other tool is the better pick.
Most diagram and presentation tools now connect to AI assistants. What sets them apart is what happens after the agent's first answer: can it keep editing the same document, can people review its work, and what is checked before a client sees it. Each page below has a side-by-side table, when to choose each tool, and its sources.
- vs CoPage vs draw.io A free, open-source diagram editor with an official MCP server. CoPage imports and exports .drawio files. Read
- vs CoPage vs Lucidchart Lucid's visual workspace, with Lucid AI, cloud import and an MCP server. Read
- vs CoPage vs Eraser AI diagrams and diagram-as-code for engineering teams. Read
- vs CoPage vs Gamma AI-made presentations, documents and web pages. Read
- vs CoPage vs Templafy Governed Office documents, now also from AI assistants through MCP. Read

Questions
What is CoPage?
A workspace where the AI agents you already use build architecture and process diagrams and client decks, and people review them by comment, run checks the agent fixes and sign off before export to PowerPoint. The CoPage app is in early access; the CoPage CLI is free and keeps diagrams on your computer.
What makes CoPage different from other AI diagram and slide tools?
The work after the agent's first answer: agents edit existing documents and build on people's changes, comments can go to your agent, checks run before anything reaches a client, and diagrams stay linked on slides. Every change says who made it, a person or an agent.
Is the CoPage CLI free?
Yes. It needs no account, keeps diagrams in your project and sends nothing to us. See the CLI docs.
